We are proud to offer Australia wide express shipping services via Australia post. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in Australia.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in Victoria will be shipped by Express Australia Post or Couriers Please depending on the weight and size of the product.

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently we provide free shipping to Australian customers only. However, if you are located in another countries we may able to help you with the shipment. Please contact us on info@labelwell.com.au

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 2 days, please contact us.

My tracking says "no information available at the moment".

Shipping companies may take up to 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 6 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

• You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (7 days not including 2-5 day processing)
• You receive the wrong item
• You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

• Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
• Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster)
• Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of labelwell.com.au

*You can submit refund requests within 7 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (7 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different label size. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We provide express shipping Australia wide. However, charge $7.95 only per order. For larger orders we offer a free shipping. Please contact us for further information

Will I be charged any shipping, customs or duties fees?

No, The price you see is the price you pay - GST and shipping are already included in the price so you won’t be charged any extra fees.

When will my item ship?

If you order an in-stock item your order will ship within 3 working days.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are shipped by Australia Post Next-day delivery which usually takes 1-2 working days after dispatch, but may take longer due to factors beyond our control.

Do you provide tracking information?

You will receive your tracking information within 1-2 working days, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. If not please contact us at info@labelwell.com.au

Can I cancel my order?

You can change or cancel an order within 6 hours. Please contact us at support@labelwell.com.au
